The last week of August through the second week of November

Fall training is 3-5 days per week. Variation is based on timing of regattas and the individual rower’s boat placement and commitment.

Practice is from 5:00 a.m. - 6:40 a.m.

Winter

January through February

Winter training is 3 days per week, 5:30-6:30 a.m.

Spring

March 1 through May 29

Spring training is 5 days per week

Practice is from 5:00 a.m. - 6:40 a.m.

Summer

June 1 - August 15

Learn to Row Camps begin most Mondays

Novice/Continuing Development Camps begin most Mondays

Opportunities for returning rowers to serve as camp counselors & continue training
