Have fun, get fit, and compete.  Row!

Rowing is the ultimate team sport. It provides a great total body workout. You can learn the basics quickly, yet mastering the sport can be a lifelong endeavor. Crew is fun, mentally challenging and develops the athlete’s focus, attention to detail, respect for one's self and others, and resilience. Check out this video for an overview.
