If you don’t see your school, that does not mean we will not accept you on the team, only that we haven’t had anyone from your school in recent years.
HEAD COACH
Chloe Jacobi (Juniors Program Head Coach): NSC is proud to have Chloe Jacobi as the Head Coach for our Juniors Program. Coach Jacobi rowed with Indiana University Women’s Crew. She was awarded the Big Ten Medal of Honor upon her graduation with a degree in Sports Marketing and Management.
Coach Jacobi’s passion for the rowing and her team was so great that, after her collegiate rowing career was cut short due to injury, she transitioned into a managerial role for the team. In addition, she interned with IU’s Athletic Department for two years. There, she developed expertise in designing goal-oriented training programs and coached athletes through sport-specific strength and conditioning sessions. Throughout this work, her primary focus was the rowing team.
Coach Jacobi’s coaching philosophy focuses on fostering personal growth while developing athletes in a positive and competitive setting. She believes in setting short-term goals as stepping stones to long-term success, a mindset inspired by her college team’s motto: “Rome was not built in a day.”
